3. How does the artist get paid? 100% of the money you pay goes directly to the artists. This is the most direct to artist platform that is available.
4. What happens if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply reach out to our customer support team, and we'll do everything we can to make it right, whether it's a replacement, a refund, or assistance with customization to your order.
5. Are there any fees for artists to sell on your platform? Nope! We believe in supporting artists every step of the way, which is why there are no upfront fees or hidden costs for artists to list their work. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for artists to showcase and sell their creations.
6. How can I stay updated on new releases and promotions? Easy! Just subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media. We regularly share updates on new releases, special promotions, artist features, and more. Don't miss out on the latest happenings in the creative world!
7. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we do! At this stage we are only shipping to NZ and Australia, but we have more international locations coming soon. 8. How long will it take to receive my order? Typically it takes 3-7 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. If your item is a pre-order item please refer to our pre order policy.
